GnuWin32：让 Claude Code 在 Windows 上不再“缺工具”

针对 Claude Code 在 Windows 上调用 grep、sed、find、awk 时报错的问题，GnuWin32 把这些 GNU 工具原生移植为 Windows 可执行文件，无需安装 Git Bash 或 WSL。
